Why Personal Training?

Victoria offers a tailored fitness plan to you, your fitness level and what your body needs to reach your health and fitness goals. 

She is a big believer in meeting you where you are at in your fitness journey and work with you to accomplish your goals.

The 1 – 1 sessions allow you to dive into exercises, motivation and mindset work to build skills you can utilize throughout your day to day life, not just when you are in the gym. 

Make it More Affordable

  • Sign up with a friend or partner ( 2 clients maximum in the gym during personal training sessions)
  • Choose between 30 minute or 60 minute personal training sessions
